2015 has arrived in style at Capita TI. The entire sales and operations team have just spent a week hiding together in Saddleworth coming up with the most innovative and trendy ideas and solutions for you and your industry…

In my role as leading a team of very successful experts in the retail, travel and marketing localisation industry, I couldn’t be more excited about the new products and services we are going to offer you over the coming months.

Want a sneak peek? Hint: there will be no more use of the daunting word “translation” that you associate with unpleasant bills and painful processes. Think different levels of services, a consultative approach, easy to understand terminology and transparent pricing. Think learning from our success stories before you commit.

Over the course of 2015, I will be inviting you to various events where industry leaders will come together to discuss trends, challenges and offer you plenty of invaluable advice. The first event of the year that you can’t miss is the joint Capita TI and Lab conference entitled “The Art of Conversation” that will be held on the 22nd of January at the Hospital Club in Soho (4pm to 8pm). We will be discussing the complications of communications between brands and consumers in today’s online world and advice will be shared by industry experts. We will also be attending and participating in more events throughout 2015 all over the country, so keep an eye out for these and ensure you don’t miss them.

My personal commitment to my customers is that I promise to be up there with the industry leaders learning about the trends that will benefit you; the “must-do’s” that as a business you will have to follow in order to stand out from your competition. I will attend events, read, study, digest and condense the enormous amounts of information out there for you into simple pieces of advice that will ensure you get a return on your investment in the world of localisation.
