We provide interpreting services to a range of commercial and public sector organisations, including the police, the NHS, councils, and fire safety training colleges, who all recognise the value of effective communication with their service users, no matter what language they speak.

Our interpreters require a wide range of skills and abilities to meet the various requirements of our diverse range of clients. Linguists will be assigned based on different criteria, such as whether they might be working within a healthcare environment, legal situation or with informal community groups.

Face to face interpreting services

Interpreters are physically present at the meeting or appointment, and will relay an interpreted version to the third party. Consecutive interpreting is usually used in situations such as medical appointments and confidential hearings. Simultaneous interpreting is more appropriate for larger audiences, such as international conferences.

Remote interpreting services – video & telephone

The interpreter is available at the other end of the phone or video link, and you can be connected in as little as 15 seconds. This is a cost effective, immediate solution, ideal for situations when the need for interpreting arises with little notice, and can be accessed any time of day, from anywhere, using any device.

Sign language interpreting services

Interpreters are skilled in British Sign Language, Irish Sign Language and St Vincent’s, and can provide a range of non-spoken interpreting, including: sight impaired translation; learning difficulties translation; palantype (speech-to-text); International Sign; Lipread and Lipspeak.
