Our client is one of the leading ETP/ETF providers in Europe, with a large presence in the UK and across Europe. They provide accessible investment solutions, enabling investors to intelligently diversify their portfolios beyond traditional asset classes and strategies.

They are pioneers in specialist investments, having developed the world’s first gold exchange traded commodity.

Today they offer one of the most comprehensive ranges of specialist exchange traded products (ETPs) covering commodities, FX and thematic equities traded on major exchanges across the world.

The challenge

Our client produces a wide variety of content, ranging from marketing collateral to research documents, that are issued on a weekly, monthly and tri-annual basis. Our client was looking for a supplier who could manage and deliver fast, consistent, accurate and cost-effective translation support aligned to their brands tone-of-voice and style, and to the specific ETP/ETF industry terminology.

How amity communications helped

amity communications appointed a team of linguists specialising in translating ETF documentation. A dedicated Relationship Manager and Project Manager was also appointed to manage the integration of pre-existing client style guides, preferred terminology and reference material into our secure translation memory and project management platforms. Test translations were then performed on a variety of marketing pieces across languages, with feedback being incorporated before going live with the real-time translations.
