Feedback from our clients is important to us – we want to know when we’re doing good things so that we can do more of them. Every year we ask our customers to complete a satisfaction survey, asking them how we measure up on a range of different criteria. It’s essential to hear back from our clients in order to keep growing and innovating our products and services. We’re committed to excellent customer service and breaking down language barriers in business.

The survey gave us the opportunity to gain an insight into what our customers want and need to succeed in a global marketplace. Our customers agreed that we outshone our competitors in project turnaround times, cost-effectiveness, the use of technology, responsiveness, and customer service, which were also the key attributes they considered when choosing a language service provider.

94% of respondents said that they would recommend us to others, and 97% of customers said that they were ‘likely’ or ‘highly likely’ to continue doing business with us.

One of our customers said that we go “above and beyond” and another said that we are “committed to helping them succeed”.
